This SPMU Semi Permanent Make Up Course consists of Online Theory available to start immediately on purchase

SPMU Semi Permanent Make Up Course includes in depth anatomy and subject knowledge plus a Video Demonstration. Following this, on a suitable date the student will either attend a tutor led classroom session at any Hampson Training Academy or logon via zoom for live distant learning virtually for 6/8 Hours, both involve in depth practical with the tutor demonstrating the treatment on a live model. This will follow on to the student performing the same treatment on a live model under close supervision of the tutor, there is time throughout the practical session for any questions with their answers and any troubleshooting. SPMU Semi Permanent Make Up Course is Fully Accredited course follows the National Occupational Standards for Level 3/4 Beauty and covers the following:

Academy Classroom and Virtual courses are usually 4 hours long for the practical training element. (Times are subject to change on Weekend and Evening courses)

A Hard Copy Certificate is Included and issued on completion of the practical day of training

This will gain you the necessary insurance to be able to start treating customers. Hampson Training Academy are affiliated with Finch Insurance and you can get a quote for insurance. Please see our insurance page for more information on getting insured.

Each course goes beyond just the treatments themselves and will cover first aid, health and safety, hygiene, anatomy, and physiology. We offer courses that are both classroom-based and streamed virtually with an experienced tutor. Our academy is based in Tonbridge, with more to open around the South East in 2022. The virtual Distance Learning platform we use at Hampson Training Academy is Zoom.

We also have a new aesthetic room which offers our students a comfortable and peaceful place to train in more advanced treatments, designed to CQC standards!

During your training you are able to join our active Facebook Support Group, in order to receive feedback and advise from other students. In addition, you can gain insight from our trainers regarding the work you are doing. If you would like support before, during or after your course, we have a 24hour live chat available on our website for you to send any enquiries through to us.

We also grant lifetime access to your purchased course via our student portal for you to refer to at any point.

How do I get to the academy?

How do I log on for My Live Virtual Distance Learning?

Once you have purchased the course, one of our tutors will send an email to you with all the step by step instructions on how to log on to our zoom account and all the Username and Password instructions, ready for your live course date, however your online theory is available to start immediately.

Will I be practicing on a live model?

Yes. All courses require you to practice on a live model under the supervision of an experienced tutor. We sell model slots via our website offering the treatment at a discounted rate for all our classroom courses. If you know someone that would like to model, please let us know and we can book them in. For our Virtual Distant Learning courses you will need to provide a model on the day of your course.
